Findings
The outputs of each vision can be compared in three ways:

Visual observation of the cluster and outlier analysis,

Visual observation of the stations that fall within clusters of high TOD values, and
-
Calculation of the percentage of the population (by region) that falls within clusters of high and low TOD values.
This graph shows the combined percentage population statistic for the three visions. It can be seen that emphasising safety has the biggest negative impact on the study area as a whole and most of the individual areas.
